We have over legal 100 GPS courses to play on or race on. We use unmaintained County roads and trails.
Add that feature to your booking and we have the knowhow to get your permits quickly and inexpensively. THE WHOLE PACKAGE!.

Film & TV Shoots. We can close the entire Ranch for your use if needed, with security.
Promoters Welcome! All types of events. Even topless cross-country! Hahaha. The wife would not allow it.
Off-Road Racing Events

Tenting. Desert Harems accepted.
Tours of over 600 square miles of the High Desert. We have GPS trails available. 30 miles to 200 mile round trip.
Hiking. You can hike from our Ranch to Malibu or Mammoth.
Mountain Biking. Best laid out courses anywhere. Hi desert. Hi Mountain. Hi Forest. Or just get
”high” with nature.Drone Flying. Stay under 500 feet and the Edwards jets won’t shoot you down. We can lay out courses if you wish. We can use your banners or ours.
Wilderness or Cross-Country Running. We’ll give you a GPS file so you won’t get lost.
Private Parties. Bring your own party set or we will supply all the accruements for a terrific, blow-out party.
Festivals & Circuses are welcomed back. Easy access only 3.2 miles from the City on a graded road. AND YOU ARE IN THE COUNTY!
Equine Events. We’ve had day and night races that were safe, fun and rewarding.
